I suppose if they could grow legal weed with standardized streangths and set strict rules as to how you can use it such as being over 25, in houses not containing children or lived in by children, by your self out of view of the public, having a set amount you can buy per week, etc...And if they could make it cheep enough to put drug dealers out of buissness than it would be a good thing cuase you could tax it and make money off of it and stop all the drug wars going on and stuff...
