We did 3 200s, then 3 laps of sprinting every other 100, then 3 300s, then 3 laps again, then 3 400s, then an 800.

Yes we did lol. Only 4 300's and 4 100's though. Pretty simple. I had NO endurance today, and I didn't do much until the last 100. Hope it warms up next week so we get in good practice for the first meet that's apparently in 2 weeks

School was cool today
