How'd it go?
Also, Tristan, you're the best runner here so you might as well tell us...and you can't just leave a hint like that hanging...
Doc's today, back running in 2-3 weeks and I can build mileage from there. |
It went quite well. I still need more practice to finish it with better speed. |

| Tristan, that's better than my best mile...I mean, I've never run it in a meet, but at least I can tell people I ran a 6:12 on two stress fractures
What was your time for the 1500, Wink? |

| Hopefully in a meet I could, but right now I'd be lucky to break 6. Anyway, I'll be back in 2 or 3 weeks so I should be good for outdoor if nothing goes wrong. This kid we have (who happens to look exactly like me) went from a 12:45 last year for the 2 mile to a 10:27 this year, and he's only a sophomore. |

| That's crazyyyy man. If I run it outdoor I would wanna break 10:30. He sounds like this guy Lance. He ran with the girls in the two mile freshmen year because he couldn't break 13. Now he's a junior and he ran a 2:06 800 indoor and is still getting dramatically better |

| 2:06, damn, that's great. Everyone who meets us mixes us up at least once, nobody's gotten it right the first time yet. We're actually the same person, he's just better at everything. compare; http://tinypic.com/r/11scdqt/5 me and http://hphotos-iad1.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/391104_2070103570680_1787603386_1373105_609004327_n.jpg him, on the right. |

as in it's been a month and it's gonna be one more. Just cuz I'm lazy and stopped caring about being good. Only gonna go outdoor to stay in shape.

| Doc's today; 1 more week off then I can get back into it, after 2 weeks of outdoor when that starts I should be completely back and doing all the workouts. I'm really psyched, I miss running... Went to the meet today (didn't run obviously), we lost the 4x400 cause our last guy fell right before the line. He'd already won the mile in 4:36... |

| Ran around the block today, quarter mile or so in my spikes, mostly to see if they still fit. Felt pretty good, I'm officially back Monday. Psyched |

Well so am I obviously, I haven't run more than once a week for the past 5 months...easy 3 miles today, felt tight but not hurt. I don't want to jinx it but it looks like I'm back |
