| Never have used them and anytime my parents buy them, I can't believe it. They are the worst waste of money ever. Get it from the tap, it ain't gonna kill you. You burn gas getting to the store, you burn calories walking and carrying them out of the store, then you burn more gas getting home, then more carrying them in the house.

I only use them when I run. And there's no tap around... And I use the same bottle everyday so I don't think I wasted that one dollar at the beginning of the school year. |

Using them too many times can be harmful though.
I use them but only for sports, and in the summer i use a water jug instead of wasting 3-4 water bottles. |
