This is probably the most authentic level editor that I can put on this site. There is testing, and you cannot post without being able to beat your level. Also, instead of giving you a long, complicated code, it gives you a website to go to for other people's levels.

In editing, you can adjust the sizes of what your shapes are by width and height, and there is a limit, but a reasonably high limit. The lowest width or height you can get is 15. You'll be able to see the potential of this game when you start playing into the middle levels pre-programmed into it. Enjoy the game.

I can't remember what I got to, but it was definitely past 21. It was somewhere in the 30s, like 38 or something.
