| Ever been walking along and get a feeling that somebody is watching you, then you turn around and lo and behold somebody is (hopefully not pedobear)? Perhaps you have walked into a friends house and got a warm feeling that everybody inside is happy, or a fierce one relating to the inhabitants anger, without first seeing anybody?
We usually refer to these feelings as a sort of sixth sense.
The topic of the debate is: Is the Human sixth sense real & how does it work |

| If you are a Medium/Fortune teller, than yes, you have the 6th sense. It may be real, but everyone does not have it. |

| There are many sixth senses, including this, ESP and communicating with the spirit world. Which one is the real sixth sense? |

| I can prove ESP, but not connection with the spirit world, you would need a medium too prove that for you. |

| It's called intuition. It's instincts. Every animal has it. |

Right.
Still, I believe that eventually we will become super-intelligent and the stupid people of tomorrow would be the smart people of today, and we may or may not get a few more senses. |

| I remember this clearly:
I was 5 years old in Manhattan int he backseat of the car. My dad was driving and my mom was arguing with him. I had a really weird feeling in my stomach that something will happen. Something big. All of a sudden I saw a car speeding toward us. I don't know why, but I yelled something out (I forgot what it was) like a reflex and all of a sudden the car completely turned the other way, impossibly in that kind of speed. I was completely astounded and my parents were staring at me.
Explain that Aloe ;P |

| Good story
It's probably just a disturbance in the force. No sixth sense here. |

| well you all seem to agree that we all have intuition (I also agree) but how does it work, is it like a seperate sense or is it a collaboration of the 5 established senses? |

| I think you can feel a change in the wind and sense a change in sound waves. Therefore, a collaboration of senses is a good thought. |

| I mean... like i can tell if someones angry or sad or what not. But i don't see it as a sense its more like, using common sense to realize something but it just jumps straight at you... |
