This is a dumb question, because you used the word 'every.' No, I'm sure there's at least one song out there that has no meaning whatsoever.

Most songs out there have meanings to them. Bands/singers use their songs to get their point about the world out there.

Music can change our mood.

I can use Vanilla Twilight (Owl City) as an example. It does hold meaning, the artist wrote it as a tribute to his girlfriend who passed away.

Black Sabbath intended their music to be darker to be different from other rock bands. So, it had meaning.

Referring to a specific song/band, ABC's by K'naan was done to show the difficulties faced by people living on the streets.

Yeah. The Flobots performed a concert at the Maccabi Games (the Jewish Olympics thing I did over the summer) and they definitely had meaning. Ke$ha just tries to make her seem like a partying maniac and inserts random words to make the lines rhyme

System of a Down has deep meanings a lot, even though they may seem "random" at times.
