I can't run to save my live. The last time I ran cross-country, I ran 3km in like 15 - 20 minutes.

I did 9 miles yesterday, most I've ever done...everything hurts. Anyone else do night runs?

Yep, sometimes. & if you stretched + cooled down after you ran, you shouldn't be hurting much.

FML, I didn't practice liek the hole December so I came last in a 1.5km run

I do night bicycle rides. Those are fun because you never know when you can get run over.

This past summer was too damned hot to run at night. Daytime highs would be 95+ and the nighttime low wouldn't be much better, maybe 85-90. Hottest damned summer EVER.

I do too...as long as I'm my room on my computer with a fan blowing on me, the windowshades down, music playing and in shorts.

Here it gets over 40 Degrees Celcius (About 104 degrees Fahrenheit). And our swimming pool is so clear and cold

Alright, lol, back on topic. Even though I'd like to add we have 10 inches of snow and it's 34 F right now.

Anyway, yeah, back on topic.

I love running when it is cold. I absolutely hate the way it makes your throat feel but I like the challenge and the adrenaline.

Same with me. I did a night run a few weeks ago when there was a solid inch of ice on everything. I basically thought, "how better to get rid of boredom than running when you can't see on a surface that is actively trying to kill you?"... I know, I'm an idiot...
