User Review: As with every user, bart has his upsides and downsides. Unfortunately, sometimes Bart's downsides can outshine his upsides, so to speak. Bart has a complete addiction to the Simpsons, once mentioning that he has seen nearly every episode. He also likes Family Guy and the Mario series.
One of Bart's downsides is his immaturity. While I realize this should not impact his rating, it has created some issues on the forum. However, being only 12 years old, this is to be expected.
Bart has contributed some good ideas to the growth and development of the forum, as well as his completion of approximately 20 reviews. This has been a part of his campaign to get the position of reviewer on the staff team. The only issue with his reviews is that most of them are not very good grammatically, leading to his gaining a reputation as being a poor writer.
Bart used to be a spammer, but he has since cleared that up. He also has just one warning against him, making him one of the best behaved members of Fuji.
Additionally, bart has a sense of humor, although he does not show it much. When he does show it, it's usually very interesting to listen to.
I give Bart a 4/5 because while he certainly has his upsides (reviewing, sense of humor), some of his downsides (immaturity is the biggest one) are too big to overcome.
