Yeah, thanks. It's just that I'm not American, and he is. I started learning English without a teacher three years ago, and I think I'm pretty much understandable, now, how many languages can you speak? One? Two? It's obviously difficult to tell whether or not someone is fluent with a language on the internet but I had no idea you had to learn on your own, that's impressive.

First, sorry for my previous message, it just upset me a bit. Second, to Jake: I learned it while playing games, talking on forums and, well, just trying to improve.

The Droid (At a Glance):

The Droid is a type of touchscreen phone with a qwerty keyboard. Features of the phone include Wi-Fi, 5 Megapixel low light capable digital camera, headphone jack and a interchange battery. It includes a 16GB Card, free Google Maps navigation; the Droid was aslo the first phone to have free Google Maps navigation (beta) included.

Compared to an iPhone:

The Droid is not as good as an iPhone, for example, the Droid is only limited to Verizon. While the iPhone can use any servicer including Telstra, Optus and Verizon. The iPhone has over 100 000 apps, the droid has only 10 000 apps. The iPhone has 16, 32 and 64GB memory, the droid is only 512mb with a 16GB card. The iPhone camera is 2MP while the Droid's camera is 5MP, while you can get apps where you have a 7MP camera on the iPhone/Droid. The iPhone uses all touchscreen, while the Droid uses QWERTY keyboard and touchscreen. Both have a headphone jack and Wi-Fi, while the iPhone has a iPod, the droid does play music, of course, not as good as a iPod. The iPhone does have GPS maps aps and a free Map app, but, Google Map navigation is better than the free map app.

How much does it cost?:

$199 with a contract while $599 without contract.

Why should i buy it?:

It is a great phone with heaps of features.
If you buy it with a contract, it's quite cheap
Easy to type with/send texts.
Has some 10000 apps which range from games to lifestyle.
Free Google GPS.

Why shouldn't i buy it?:

Short battery life.
Only a 512mb memory (unless you have the 16GB memory card)
Without a contract, it's pretty expensive.
Only limited to using Verizon.

Overall:

It's a nifty little phone, while i would prefer the iPhone, if you don't like the iPhone, than you should go for this piece of device.
