Out of the non-reaper accounts, I only banned about 10 users in my entire modly career. I doubt any of them have an account here.

The only one I would think to have an account here would be Ref Kid, and I banned him before people knew who he was.

Yes, Mooonlight was banned, but by a different mod. I can't remember which one. They're all starting to run together at this point. Probably Matt.
