It's on and off. I think they're still working on it a bit.

The differences I notice are a new globe, taking away the border on the text and adding a drop shadow, and colorful grass.

no, when you click "post a reply," the attachment thing will appear right beneath the text box

Ok, so this is now official. The toolbar has been removed for Fuji vs.1.6

It causes lag on old computers and the portal screws up. Thanks guys
