The Fuji Planet version 1.6 beta has been released today! In about 2 days, there was a couple features added, and hopefully everything turns out well. Its in beta mode because i am not sure that 1 of the features will be kept, but we will see how things turn out. So here are the things that were added:

1. Awesome new homepage - Added to make the site look more professional. Guests will have more information about us when visiting and it just looks nice. Whenever you type in fujiplanet.net, it will automatically redirect you to the homepage, thats how you get to it.

2. Attachments - You can now upload any type of file you would like! Of course there are size limits, the max for members is 1 MB, and for staff its 1.5. It's a small amount but once we buy more storage, the max will be a bigger amount, that is, if you guys use it. But how you would get to it, you would have to click 'NEW TOPIC', and below that, you should see 'ATTACH FILE'. Hope this feature comes in handy.

3. New Toolbar - People already don't like this feature, but it is pretty neat. It has a translator that translates up to 11 different languages, twitter, quick links and more. This is the thing we might disable later on if members don't want it because it makes the forum laggy for if you have a slow computer. YOU CAN MINIMIZE IT, to do this, click the little arrow beside the twitter button.

4. New background - There has been alot of bitching about a new background, so here you guys go. It looks good with the forum, and the images don't overlap each other.

I like it all besides the toolbar, I just dont really need it.

The toolbar bothers me a bit too, but I'll get used.

I hate it. I hate everything. The background, the portal, the toolbar, the new map, the twitter thing. The whole nine yards. Change it back THIS MINUTE. :[

I like it all but the toolbar, i like being able to see as much of the website as possible, so the toolbar just gets in the way

Guys, me and my friend made a neat little game for Fuji. It took some javascript, but it's almost done. :)

Yay, he used my toolbar idea. Woot!
