Over 200 Million people watched the Super Bowl in the USA alone, maybe 100 Million more in other countries?
World Cup get's 50 Million viewers althogether. |

Over 200 Million people watched the Super Bowl in the USA alone, maybe 100 Million more in other countries?
World Cup get's 50 Million viewers althogether. |
2008 Super Bowl was watched by 148.3 MILLION viewers worldwide, with 97 million in the U.S.
World Cup, 260 million worldwide, but that's over 32 teams' games. Super Bowl is 2 teams, one game. World Cup is at least 16 games, and probly more like 100. Being conservative and going with 50 games, there is approximately 5 million viewers by game. Hence, Super Bowl wins by a large margin. |
