Can't you put it on scroll lock or something. Oh, yeah, to prevent that, don't use Internet Explorer. Firefox works a lot better for that, and it's free.

Sorry only just read that, and nah, scroll lock doesnt work, and we've only got internet explorer, not firefox : (
