| Yeah, you know it. Fuji Planet has successfully upgraded to v1.3  Here are some of the new and cool stuff: => new navbars! => lottery system opened yet again! => Fuji Planet announcements forum has turned into a blog! (although it might not last, still in testing) => User of the week, lottery winner, and game of th week if now official  => Coming soon/still considering a news section to the gallery besides member's uploads => VIPs and VIP section now officially open => 30,000 whopping messages => Banner text upgrade. The text changed from Fuji Planet VS. 1.2 to 1.3 => Bloonsworld section in the Arcade  => Theme of the Days update added  Thanks for doing a great job, you awesome people
