Background color : Want it to be somewhat of a puke-green color and a black color

Text to insert : On the top, I want it to say "Central Reality" and right below that, to say "Rebirth" in smaller text.
Name of font : Centry Gothic
Font color : Red that fades to blue
Extra comments : Make it the size of this banner, and some of it to be blank, but I WANT IT TRANSPARENT! I'll be willing to pay whoever does this 450 Fuji Bucks.

Can you explain please, you say you want the background colour to be puke-green and black, but then you say transparent. Also the "this" in extra comments refers to fuji's banner?

What I want is it to have rounded corners, and those to be transparent, and then I want random dots throughout it, those transparent too.
