thats a hard job, because you would have to be good at GFX, do reviews, and look for games

but there are still harder jobs than that

Actually, I think make Chim a SM. He's got good GFX skills, anyone can review stuff, and I think he has pretty good game judgment.

I understand that I did not do the best of jobs and I completely agree with the decision to demote me.

But, just for the record, I want to get a few things straight.

1. There were no gfx requests. There was only 1 which was already being solved.

2. I added 3 games, not just 1. Wink

3. I did 3 reviews in 2 days. Not completely bad.

But still, service managers was un-needed, I agree. Just wanted to get the facts known.

i agree with service manager.... no one is really good at those three things its like totally different... most of the people here could do review and game but not GFX or any other combination, but its just to hard to find someone good at all three
