Elimination of Global Mods

Well, I think at this time we're pretty close to being required to do it. Admins have full mod powers. SO why do we need Global Mods? I don't see anyone fit to step up to become one right now. Just give mods full moderation powers and eliminate global mods.

I know we want to uphold the basis of Fuji, but this is a time where morals kind of need to be abandoned in my opinion.
