Warnings are things that we will hold against you and can get you banned. Once you have 5 warnings, you will be permanently banned. We will be sure to give you a verbal warning before we give you a warning, so that you are no penalized for not understanding the rules. But once you get a verbal warning, we will not hesitate any more to give you a warning as well. Here are the rules and how many warnings they are worth:

Alright, since we've had some...trouble, shall we say, boiling up, this is to make it clear what the rules are right now. And yeah yeah yeah, I know we've never had rules tailored to specific users or posting specific stuff, but that ends now.

Well, as you can see, I was hired (rehired?) as an administrator earlier this evening. Since this event, myself and Faz have discussed (more like Q and A, Q coming from me, A from him) hiring a Global Moderator to assist in what moderating needs to be done, so that I can focus more on assisting members with panel-based actions.

Therefore, we are searching for someone relatively new as a Global Moderator. We define this as someone who has NOT held it recently: This would include YEM, Tristan and Niels (nothing against you guys, you are all awesome, we just want fresh blood).

As I posted on the first thread, I've been looking in the OLD Staff forum threads and general suggestion threads for ideas. These would constitute my findings:

-Before what happened happened, we were in the serious work of putting together a v2.0 and a "Houses" thing. 2.0 would include, potentially, the houses and:

-Putting the homepage back up.
-FujiTimes newspaper (lol)
-Advertising methods that are unusual. (random twitters, formsprings, etc.)
-New service (packages)
-User of the week
-Facebook user for Fuji (I'm not real familiar with what that...

I want to return to the so-called glory days before the incident that shall furthermore never be spoken of again.

To do this, here are some of my ideas:

-RESTART the forum in general.
-RECRUIT new members.
-REINVIGORATE the Shop and Services.
-REHIRE some more staff.
-RECREATE the atmosphere in general we had before.
-RESTART contests.
-REEVALUATE the potential of a new version, reasonably different from this one, in order to further accomplish the RESTART goal.
